Payment gateways available at ZentrumHub?
We have multiple payment getaways. For international customers, we have incorporated stripe and Authorize.net. For Indian customers, we have implemented an aggregator, Nimbbl, that consists of top payment getaway merchants in India such as BuildX, CCAvenue, PayU and more.
Can I integrate my existing supplier with ZentrumHub?
Yes, you can integrate your existing supplier with Zentrum Connect. However, ZentrumHub has over 60+ suppliers already integrated withs us, so there is a high chance your existing supplier is already in our system. Check this page for the list of suppliers.
Do I need certification/agreement with hotel supplier?
Yes, you need to sign a commercial agreement with each Supplier API you want on the platform. We already have connections with our existing suppliers and can introduce you to them. We can join a call to help you negotiate and sign a contract. Once done, the credentials will be sent to us to enable the direct connection with that supplier and source the desired inventory for your platform.
Will I get the option to add markup/discounts in ZentrumHub Booking Engine?
Yes, you can add multiple markups from our revenue management system based on various parameters, including total fares, base fare, check-in and check-out markup, supplier-based markup, location-based, hotel-IDs and more. You can also add different markups for multiple suppliers integrated into your hotel booking engine.
How about the fees/charges for ZentrumHub’s Hotel API integration?
We charge a one-time license fee to get you onboard. In addition, we also charge monthly SaaS subscriptions based on the number of suppliers you have integrated through Zentrum Connect. Contact sales@zentrumHub.com to learn more.
I do have offline hotel contracts. Can I integrate them into ZentrumHub?
Yes, you can integrate your offline hotel contracts into Zentrum Connect using a self-contracting tool, Magnum, where you can define seasonality such as high-season rates, low-season rates, blackout days and manage the sales and reservations, alerting your staff for preparation ahead. In addition, you can handle all the service costs based on any last-minute changes made by the customers.
How many days will ZentrumHub team need to integrate a Hotel Supplier?
If you are onboarding with our Zentrum Connect platform for the first time, it usually takes 45-60 days for overall setup. However, if you are integrating a new supplier for your existing booking engine in our system, In that case, integrating additional suppliers will only take 1-2 days.
If there is a new supplier we do not have in our system at the moment, it takes 60-75 days.
User languages available on the ZentrumHub booking engine?
We mainly support English. However, we also have additional language support, including Arabic, Spanish, German, French, Turkish, and Hebrew, if these languages are supported by your supplier to which you are contracted.
I have my website interface and I would like to use ZentrumHub’s booking engine, how will that work?
Yes, we can make it work by providing you with a complete backend system that is able to manage your bookings while showcasing the inventory on the front-end on your website interface.
How many suppliers can I integrate with Zentrum Booking Engine?
It depends on the location where you want to operate your business. You can add as many suppliers as you like, but it may cost you more. However, we can guide you in meeting the suitable suppliers according to your destination needs.
What is the minimum number of suppliers recommended to make the booking engine live?
There is no specified minimum number of suppliers, although having 3-7 can be beneficial. However, other factors, such as business requirements and destination, should also be considered.
